  • “Meeting Trish and undergoing her training has been LIFE CHANGING. I have a very intelligent but cheeky and extremely strong 60 pound reactive pitbull that can be quite difficult to handle, let alone predict. Boba is reactive to not only other dogs but also men so I have always needed to be hyperaware of my surroundings. I have gone to other trainers and learned the general basics of positive dog trainer but I still was insecure about my abilities to handle Boba on my own. When I moved to Denver, I knew I had a challenge set in front of me so I knew I needed someone who not only understood dog behavior but also create an environment that would allow me (as Boba’s human) to learn and become more confident in my skills. Enter Trish. We had multiple sessions and she was able to not only assess and help me with Boba’s triggers but also gave me pointers on how to calm my own anxiety, especially with unexpected circumstances (such as another dog in an elevator or a man moving towards me too quickly, etc). Working with her has significantly improved not only my confidence but also genuinely helped bring my relationship with Boba even closer because we’re a team that need to work together to handle both our anxiety/reactivity.
